Application Questions

What positions are available?

We are currently hiring RN, LVN, RT, CNA, and Caregiver positions.

When can I come to apply?

Our application is available online so you can apply at any time that is convenient for you. If you want to apply in the office, you can come Monday through Friday, 9 am - 3 pm.

Do you take new graduates?

No, for RNs and LVNs, we require at least one year experience in your specialty, in an acute hospital.

For CNAs, we require at least six months experience.

What should I bring?

  • Resume
  • License or Certificate appropriate for your position
  • Proof of education for your position
  • AHA-approved (BLS) Basic Life Support Card
  • Other certification cards (ACLS, PALS, NRP, FAS, MAB) required by your specialty
  • Government-issued Photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Physical from the past yearProof of immunity to TB, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza
  • 10 Panel Drug Screen

Do you offer training classes?

We currently only offer classes when there is a significant need.

Here is a link to help you locate local classes for BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc..

We frequently send staff to this training center for classes when they need certification right away.

How long is the application process?

It will take about an hour to complete the paperwork, skills checklists, and tests.

Once your documents are complete, we will run a background check and call your references. This process can take a week to complete.

From the West:

  • Take 134 East, Glendale/Burbank
  • Take Exit 8 for Glendale Ave
  • Turn Right (at IHOP) onto Glendale Ave
  • Turn Right into the Thai BBQ Parking Lot

From the East

  • Take 134 West
  • Take Exit 8 for Glendale Ave
  • Turn Right onto Monterey Rd
  • Turn Right onto the first cross street onto N Glendale Ave
  • Turn Right into the Thai BBQ Parking Lot

From the South

  • Take CA-2 North/Glendale Freewayh
  • Take Exit 14 for San Fernando Rd
  • Turn Left onto N San Fernando Rd
  • Turn Right onto S Glendale Ave
  • Turn Left into the Thai BBQ Parking Lot

From the North

  • Take I-5 South
  • Take Exit 142, Colorado Street
  • Continue onto Colorado Blvd
  • Turn Right onto Colorado Blvd

Is there parking?

There is free parking on the lot, BUT you will have to search for spots that are not marked as reserved for Thai BBQ customers or for the offices.
