Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Policy Overview

  • Subcontractors:
    Master Staffing, Inc. will not use subcontractors for assigned employees unless the customer agrees in advance.

  • Job Assignment:
    Assigned employees will only be placed in roles that match the job description provided by Master Staffing, Inc.

  • Floating to Other Departments:
    If an assigned employee is asked to work in another department, it must be a similar unit where they have proven competency and hold the necessary certifications.

  • Comparable Units:
    Employees will only be floated to areas with similar clinical needs and patient conditions.

  • Verification:
    Master Staffing, Inc. will verify the employee’s licensure, certifications, education, and experience to ensure they are qualified for the job.

  • Client Orientation:
    The client is responsible for orienting assigned employees to the facility, its rules, dress code, equipment, and validating their competency with the equipment.

  • Performance Evaluation:
    The client must evaluate the employee’s performance in their role at the end of their assignment.

  • Reporting Issues:
    The client must inform Master Staffing, Inc. within 24 hours of any competency issues, incidents, or complaints about the assigned employee. Any incident or injury report should also be communicated.

  • Incident Tracking:
    Master Staffing, Inc. will document and track all incidents, including errors, injuries, and safety hazards related to the employee’s work.

  • Emergency Situations:
    In emergencies or natural disasters, Master Staffing, Inc. will continue to provide support through alternative locations to ensure services remain available. A copy of our Emergency Management Plan is available upon request.
