Of course! Here is a list for Part 1, for all positions and specialties. Please note, not all of these may pertain to you. Your specialist will inform you on which ones are required for your position and specialty.

Experience & Education

  • Resume
  • Diploma or transcript

Credentials:

  • RN License
  • BLS (issued by American Heart Association)
  • Fire Card (for LA County facilities)
  • MAB or CPI
  • ACLS (issued by American Heart Association)
  • PALS (issued by American Heart Association)
  • NRP
  • NIH Stroke Scale
  • Fetal Monitoring Certificate
  • Basic EKG

Medical

  • Physical from the past year
  • Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon form the past year OR Positive PPD and clear chest X-ray
  • Flu shot (can be declined for most facilities)
    Covid vaccines with booster (can be declined for most facilities)
  • MMR (positive titer or proof of 2 vaccines)
  • Varicella (positive titer or proof of 2 vaccines)
  • Hepatitis B (positive titer or proof of vaccine series)
  • Respiratory Fit Test
