  • If positive for PPD, Chest X-ray must be completed within 1 year for Keck/Norris
  • If positive for PPD, Chest X-ray must be completed within 5 years for Verdugo
  • Bring driver’s license on 1st day
  • 10 panels within a year – Effective 1/1/2024 THC should not be tested in drug screen. – need proof expanded Opiates were tested
